How to Play

Team Monk's (Good) wins by completing 3 of 5 quests.
The Schemers (Evil) win by sabotaging 3 quests — or by unmasking Jerry at the end.
Nobody knows who's who... well, almost nobody. Lie accordingly.

Jerry (Merlin) — Good. Sees who the Schemers are (except George). Must help without outing himself.
Elaine (Percival) — Good. Sees two people: one is Jerry, one is Kramer doing his Jerry impression.
Diner Regulars (Puddy, Uncle Leo, ...) — Good. Know nothing. Deduce, vote, play Success.
Kramer (Morgana) — Evil. Appears as "Jerry" to Elaine.
George (Mordred) — Evil, in games with 7+ players. Invisible even to Jerry.
Newman (Assassin) — Evil. Gets the endgame guess at Jerry.
The Soup Nazi — Evil, 10-player games only. Plain old menace.
All Schemers know each other. Trust no one who's too helpful.

1. Propose: the leader (📖 holds the reservation book) picks a crew for the quest. Leadership rotates every round.
2. Table vote: everyone approves ("Giddy up!") or rejects ("I'm out!"). Votes are public. Majority approves → the crew goes.
3. Quest cards: crew members secretly play Success or Sabotage. Good players can only play Success. Only the tally is revealed.
4. Result: one sabotage card fails the quest. Then the book passes and the next round begins.

5 rejected proposals in a row → the Schemers win instantly. Stop dithering.
Quest 4 needs 2 sabotage cards to fail in games with 7+ players.
Assassin endgame: if 3 quests succeed, Newman gets one guess at who Jerry is. Right → Schemers steal the win. Wrong → Good wins.

Watch the votes — who approves suspicious crews is the biggest tell in the game.
Good players: reject teams you weren't consulted on... but remember the 5-rejection clock.
Jerry: nudge, don't steer. If you're obviously all-knowing, Newman will find you.
Schemers: sabotage sparingly. An early fail with a small crew narrows the suspect list fast.
Talk! The voice chat is the game. Accuse, deflect, make a whole thing of it.
